2. What data we process
Browsing data. The systems hosting this website collect, during normal operation, certain technical data whose transmission is inherent to internet protocols, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. They are used only to operate and secure the website.
Data you provide. If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you share: name, email address, profile, type of request and message content. The website form does not send data to a server: it prepares a message that is sent from your own email client.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
a) Answering your requests for information, samples, catalogues and technical documents: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
c) Complying with legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not send marketing communications without your specific consent, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Whether providing data is required
Providing your data is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply to your request.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by the controller’s authorised staff and by providers acting as processors (Art. 28 GDPR), in particular the website hosting provider and the email service provider. Data may be shared with the ISOBELL sales network only to follow up on your request. It is never disclosed publicly.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The website does not use third-party services that transfer data outside the European Economic Area: typefaces and images are hosted on the site itself. Should a provider process data outside the EEA, the transfer will only take place with the safeguards set out in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and the periods required by law. If there is no follow-up, it is deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
Browsing data is kept only as long as strictly necessary for service security, unless needed to investigate unlawful activity.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent where given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to info@isobell.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the supervisory authority of your country.
9. Users resident in the United States
If you are a United States resident, the processing is the one described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not process sensitive categories under state privacy laws.
Under the law of your state of residence you may request to know, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and opt out of any sale or sharing where applicable. The website uses no advertising tools and will honour automatic browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control should measurement tools be introduced in future.

10. Users resident in Canada
If you are resident in Canada, we process data under PIPEDA and, for Québec, under Law 25. The person responsible for the protection of personal information can be reached at info@isobell.it.
You may request access, correction and deletion of your data, withdraw consent and receive a reply within 30 days. We make no automated decisions. Data may be stored on servers located in the European Union: you can ask us at any time where it is processed.
Any commercial messages are sent only with express consent and with an unsubscribe option, as required by CASL.
